We technically aren't in quarantine anymore, but we're still staying at home and I'm still working from home so that means I am spending a lot of money from online shopping!  I'm seriously addicted to Amazon and at this point whenever my favorite influencers post something they're loving I buy it immediately.  It's a problem. SO I thought it would be about time to do a current favorites post since I haven't done one in a LONG time and tell you what products and items out of the many I have purchased recently I'm obsessed with.  Hope you enjoy! (Moscow Mule from the past weekend; first cocktail not at home in months, outdoor, and socially distant!) Rae Wellness Pre + Probiotic //  Not to get too TMI, but I've always struggled with gut health.  Whether it be bloating, being regular, and just what I'm eating in general, my gut health has just not been where it should be.  I've seen these supplements at Target and I've always been a little c...

May-July 2020 Content Consumption

Image
Today's post is one of my favorite posts to write: a content roundup!  I love watching people's YouTube videos and read people's blog posts about what they've been loving, and it's been so fun rating and keeping track of everything I am reading and watching.  So here is an update on what I've consumed the past few months, and hope you all enjoy! BOOKS "The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo" by Taylor Jenkins Reid: 10/10 //  This is in my top 10 reads of the year so far.  It is so incredible and I was pretty much glued to my iPad throughout the book.  It's about a writer who is tasked with writing a memoir about a very prominent and private actress, Evelyn Hugo.  There was even a HUGE twist at the end of the book that I was not expecting at all, and it was just so so incredible.  Highly recommend! "In Five Years" by Rebecca Serle: 10/10 //  This is another top 5 read for the year!  This is about a girl who just got engaged and has her whole li...

I used to to favorites posts every month, but I've been slacking on those kind of recently.  So, since it's been awhile since I've updated you on what I've been loving lately, here is a large list of what I am currently loving right now! Apple Watch Nylon Sport Loop // I've been looking for a new Apple Watch band for awhile.  The silicone band that my watch came with was getting really dirty and gross, and I bought a magnetic band last year which I liked, but the magnet would get stuck on random objects which would result in my band loosening or picking up other metal objects along the way.  One of my friends from work had this nylon Apple Watch band which is pretty much what I had been looking for!  It's super affordable, stylish and cute, and can be worn to work out and for everyday use.  The only down side is that it's probably not the best if you like to wear your watch when you swim, but I usually take mine off when I go swimming so that wasn...

June 2019 Favorites

Image
I seriously can not believe that it is already July!  This summer has flown  by and it is already time for another favorites post.  There is definitely a lot of products and more that I have been loving this past month, so let's get right to it! This picture is actually from my favorite day of the year: the Blues Stanley Cup Championship parade!  Seriously the best day with my parents and with the team! ONE // Wildflower Phone Case I have an iPhone 8+, and the silicone case I had was getting pretty banged up because I had had it for quite awhile.  I watch Brooke Miccio on YouTube, and I had seen her phone case but could never figure out where it was from.  Well, after browsing Wildflower Cases, I stumbled upon it and immediately purchased this phone case !  It is so cute, I love the border around the phone, and it feels very protective for my phone.  It is currently in low stock, so I suggest getting it quick if you have an iPhone 8+! May Favorites 2019

We are a week into June and since it's been awhile since I've done one, I thought I would write a post about what I've been loving this past month!  So without further ado, here are my May favorites! ONE // Workouts for Women App I've never had a gym membership at home since I would only be here for a few months before going back to school and using that gym.  I danced five days a week in college, and I was genuinely wondering how I would stay active now that I won't be dancing anymore.  I eventually want to start trying some workout classes, but since I'm still looking for a job, I didn't want to spend the money.  I heard about the Workouts for Women app in one of the Facebook groups I am in and decided to give it a try.  It's completely free, has workouts divided by level and area of the body, and, the best part, it's free!  I've been using the app for about three weeks now and I can already tell a difference.  I feel so much stronger, get ...

Summer Favorites

I drive back to school tomorrow morning!  It is so crazy that summer is already over, but I had a blast, and definitely had a lot of favorites this year.  So on my last day of summer, I thought I would tell you all what I have been loving recently, and what I will most likely continue to be loving going into the fall. ONE // Chocolate Hummus Okay, I know this sounds gross when you first read it, but let me tell you, this stuff is life changing .  We first discovered it when my family was up in Rhode Island for our summer vacation.  My family bought it and would eat it for dessert, but I was super hesitant to try it, because I definitely could not imagine a sweet hummus.  Well, folks, I was wrong.  This stuff literally tastes like brownie batter.  I love dipping pretzel crisps in it, and it is the best snack or dessert.  Shockingly, it's incredibly low in calories for the serving size, so it's great to have if you're trying to be healthier, ...
