Current Favorites

I used to to favorites posts every month, but I've been slacking on those kind of recently.  So, since it's been awhile since I've updated you on what I've been loving lately, here is a large list of what I am currently loving right now!

Apple Watch Nylon Sport Loop // I've been looking for a new Apple Watch band for awhile.  The silicone band that my watch came with was getting really dirty and gross, and I bought a magnetic band last year which I liked, but the magnet would get stuck on random objects which would result in my band loosening or picking up other metal objects along the way.  One of my friends from work had this nylon Apple Watch band which is pretty much what I had been looking for!  It's super affordable, stylish and cute, and can be worn to work out and for everyday use.  The only down side is that it's probably not the best if you like to wear your watch when you swim, but I usually take mine off when I go swimming so that wasn't a drawback for me.  It's also so easy to get an accurate fit on your wrist since there are no pre-measured holes, you can just drag it to wherever feels best.

Bloom 2019-2020 Planner // When I got my iPad Pro for graduation, I thought that I would try digital planning.  I had just finished my academic planner so I thought, why not try something cheaper and better for the environment?  Well, after trying it out all summer, I realized that it really was just not for me.  I prefer having something already laid out for me so that I can just go into the future months and write down what I have instead of just doing things month by month.  So, I went to Amazon and looked up some planners that would start in August instead of July, and found this planner which I LOVE.  It has monthly and weekly spreads from August 2019-July 2020 and also has pages in the beginning for yearly goals, to do lists, contact lists, weekly schedules, website login info, and more.  It is so great for the price, and is super cute too!

Magnetic Air Vent Car Mount // I've had a car mount for awhile, but it was large and bulky, but it got the job done so I wasn't really looking for a new one.  My mom didn't have a mount in her car, so she ordered these magnetic ones which came with two.  She gave me the other one and I LOVE.  It is so much easier to attach and take my phone off if I want to switch phone or check the route I'm using, and it's easy to see from the mount.  The magnet is STRONG too so I'm not worried about my phone falling off if I go over a bump or anything.  I also put the magnet on the back of my phone instead of the phone case so that if I want to switch cases I can still use the mount.  I love this thing and am so happy my mom let me have her extra one!

Chicks in the Office // I've been listening to more podcasts lately since they help the time go by so fast at my internship, and I've been finding some really good ones lately!  Chicks in the Office talks about the big news in pop culture and they upload twice a week, Monday and Thursday.  They're tagline is that they give you "Friday Energy" to help you get through the day, and they really do.  I love the real friendship that the hosts, Fran and Ria, have with each other, and their producer, Noah's, cameos are always funny.  The best part though, by far, is their interviews.  They get really big A-List people to interview for the podcast and almost every episode has one at the end.  Past guests include Justin Hartley, Hannah Brown, A Rod, and so many more.  I highly recommend this podcast, it is just so fun, and is one of the few that I listen to as soon as it comes out.

The Morning Toast // Another podcast that I have added to my line up recently.  This one is daily which is perfect since I've been listening to podcasts so much recently.  The hosts, Claudia and Jackie, are so funny but also so smart and so up to date with everything going on in pop culture, business news, and world news.  They also have some great interviews.  This is also a daily, live YouTube show but it's just more convenient for me to listen to the podcast after the show, so there are lots of different ways to consume this which I love.

I Love You So Much with Kenzie Elizabeth // I've been watching Kenzie on YouTube for awhile, and new that she had a podcast but just never really listened to it.  I started listening a few weeks ago and I am so glad that I did!  She is so inspirational and talks about life and spirituality, and so much more that makes me feel inspired and motivated.  I definitely needed a podcast like this and it is not like any other that I listen to.  Highly recommend!

Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew // I'm already a die-hard Starbucks cold brew fan, but the pumpkin creme makes it ten times better!  It's a very subtle pumpkin flavor which is the perfect balance of cold brew and fall without being too sweet.  Run, do not walk, to your nearest Starbucks and try this!

La Colombe Bottled Cold Brew //  I am a huge fan of the canned draft lattes from La Colombe, but I was so excited when I spotted at my grocery store that they now sold cold brew.  I usually make hot coffee in the morning, but I much prefer iced coffee and this is so easy to pour into a travel cup and head out the door on my way to work.  Plus, it tastes great!

ONE Bars // I've been wanting to try these forever, but at every grocery store, you have to buy them by the bar instead of by the box which I didn't want to do.  When I was running errands at Target last week, I finally saw that they have boxes!  I tried the birthday cake flavor and it was delicious!  20 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar, and they keep my full forever!  I brought one to work with me and ate it as my morning snack around 10:30.  I didn't even eat lunch that day because I was still full!  I just bought the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor so we'll how I like that one, but I'm definitely a fan of this brand!

Bliss Rose Gold Rescue Gentle Moisture Cream // My skin has been horrific lately.  It's a combination of wearing makeup all day working crazy hours, not eating the best, and also not changing my sheets (oops).  So I revamped my skin care routine since my current one wasn't fixing anything.  One of the products I picked up was this moisturizer, and it's easily my favorite one I got.  It smells great, it's thick, and I can literally feel the difference in my skin as I put it on.  I have to refrain myself from touching my face after putting it on because I know it's not going to help the state of my skin.  And, I saw results within a week, which makes it that much better!

Versed Day Dissolve Cleansing Balm // I usually use the Neutrogena makeup wipes to take off my makeup at the end of the day, which I love, by I got through them so fast.  I wanted a product that would last longer and would really get the job done by getting off everything, since my skin was breaking out so bad.  I saw good reviews about this Versed product, so decided to try it out.  And wow is it great!  You just use a dime sized amount, massage it into your skin, and then wash your face.  I know this product works because when I go in with my toner using a cotton round, no stray foundation comes off on the cotton round like it used to.  It is also vegan and cruelty free making it an even better product.

I know this was long, and there was honestly more I could've put in here, but I thought this would be a good, comprehensive update since I haven't updated you all on my favorites in awhile!  Hope you enjoyed and let me know of anything else that you have been loving lately!

xoxo, Hannah
